PassKeyboard Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

1.1 At Muuzi Technology, our business model sells original software products at reasonable prices. We don't need to collect a lot of unnecessary information, because we never rely on junk ads, sell user data, wake up other apps, etc. Income survives. Staying independent means that we are only responsible for our users.

2.4 Service data is unencrypted information and is required for our services. Service data includes, but is not limited to, user mailboxes, user avatars, user names, server logs, and payment billing information. We reserve the right to service data.

2.5 In some cases, we may collect fault errors and crash report information from the software to help improve software stability. The Tencent Bugly feature integrated in PassKeyboard may automatically send us some fault errors and crash report information. This data may contain device identification information but will not contain user information and security data. We treat failure error and crash report information and all other troubleshooting information as service data. Tencent Bugly is a mobile application exception reporting and operational statistics service launched by Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems Co., Ltd. in China.

2.6 We may use your contact information to communicate and support you with the experience. And send you other information, such as product update tips, official announcements, account security alerts, and more.

3. Ensure the security of your information

3.1 PassKeyboard stores the security data and service data in the cloud server of Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. we purchased. Its advanced security measures include firewalls, security guard systems and surveillance systems to ensure your data is protected from natural disasters, manual intrusions or other disruptions. Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. is the world's leading cloud computing and artificial intelligence technology company under the Alibaba Group of China.

3.2 We have implemented strict access control measures to restrict access to or viewing service data only to certain employees of Muuzi Technology Service data can only be used for effective business needs, including but not limited to providing user services, assessing service performance and usage, and monitoring and improving infrastructure. We use non-public protocols, firewalls, encryption protection and other standard measures to prevent unauthorized access to your information.

3.3 Under no circumstances will we use your safety data for any purpose. In addition to the cloud synchronization feature, you need to maintain a copy of your secure data in our cloud server's database to ensure that your security data remains relatively intact.

3.4 We will never sell any information about the user. It also does not share information with any third party.

3.5 We have regulations and technical protection to prevent the provision of information without the user's authorization. However, if a court of competent jurisdiction forces us (such as a subpoena) to provide any information, we reserve the right to provide such information. If we have a good reason to believe that providing information to the court is necessary to prevent criminal activity or loss of life or property, we will provide the requested safety data and service data. You need to understand that even so, secure data is still encrypted.

4. Your responsibility

4.1 When creating an PassKeyboard account, you need to create a master password. Your master password is created by you. For security, you should create a strong master password to make sure it's not easy to guess.

4.2 It is very important that you understand that anyone with your account information and master password can access your security data. Please remember to not tell anyone. We will never ask you for account information and master passwords, and you should never send us any information.

4.3 You know that the master password is not stored locally and uploaded to the network. Once you forget it, you can't get it back. All data in the account will not be retrieved. You can only create a brand new account.

4.4 You need to understand that, because data in calendars, contacts, email databases, and memos are easily stolen, this reflects many security risks in the internal control systems of smartphones and tablets, so from a security perspective Smartphones and tablets are not secure. When a user's smartphone or tablet is lost or stolen, the data stored on the device is at risk of being stolen or misappropriated, which can result in economic loss.

5. Software permission description

PassKeyboard is very strict and restrained on the permissions that the software needs to obtain on the device used by the user.
Resolutely not ask for any privacy rights, such as reading call records, reading contacts, reading text messages, getting location, recording, making calls, sending text messages, and more.

PassKeyboard will give a detailed description of each permission that needs to be obtained. Currently, the permissions are as follows:

5.1 Full network access (including cellular mobile network and WiFi wireless network) is used to log in/register for accounts, cloud backup data, and so on.

5.2 Reading the status and identity of the mobile phone is the necessary permission of the WeChat Service SDK. It is only for declaration and will not apply for permission.

6. About integrating third-party SDK

PassKeyboard currently integrates WeChat fast login SDK, WeChat payment SDK, Tencent Bugly software crash log statistics SDK.

When a user accesses or uses the PassKeyboard Program and its website, we may provide links to other third party websites. PassKeyboard is not responsible for the privacy guidelines or content of these websites. PassKeyboard recommends that you review the privacy terms posted on these third party websites.

8. Privacy Policy Update

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy from time to time and notify you of changes via our website or by email. If you need to know about updates to our privacy policy, you should check them out often. If you continue to use the Service after the change has taken effect, you agree to the revised policy.
